A typical day at Devon Hiking Spa begins with a 30 minute stretch class. After breakfast and an informal lecture on a health-related topic, we depart for our hikes. We offer three levels of hiking so each participant gets a workout at his or her own pace. We eat lunch on the trail and return to the hotel in the late afternoon for a fitness class, massage, and/or private consultation before dinner. We enjoy dinner at excellent local restaurants. At the end of the day, we delight in our deluxe accommodations.
